Carol Campbell

Sculptor · Forager · Ocean Observer

I have spent years walking the tideline, collecting what the ocean leaves behind. Seaweed is not decoration — it is structure, memory, and movement. Each piece I create begins with hours of foraging: sorting shapes, drying forms, learning what each strand of kelp, dulse, or bladder wrack wants to become.

My sculptures are made entirely from natural, ethically foraged seaweed. No dyes. No artificial materials. Only the ocean's own palette.

I work from a small studio on the coast. Every piece is one of a kind.

Commission a Piece

Each commissioned sculpture is made to order from freshly foraged materials. Lead time is 6–10 weeks.
